HO CHI MINH CITY – Thong Nhat Hospital, DOIT SCIENTIFIC JSC (DOIT Scientific Joint Stock Company), and Iomics Biosciences Inc. have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a comprehensive framework for clinical and diagnostic collaboration focusing on early Alzheimer’s disease screening.
With an aging population, cognitive impairment and Alzheimer’s disease pose substantial challenges to the healthcare system. Detecting the disease in its preclinical or early clinical stages is crucial for timely therapeutic interventions, lifestyle modifications, and better disease management.
Under this strategic agreement, the three entities will collaborate on several core pillars:
- Technology Transfer & Implementation: Integrating Iomics Biosciences’ validated diagnostic tools and screening platforms into clinical practice.
- Translational & Clinical Research: Leveraging Thong Nhat Hospital’s medical expertise in geriatrics to conduct targeted clinical evaluations tailored to the Vietnamese population.
- System Integration: Utilizing DOIT SCIENTIFIC JSC‘s operational capabilities, distribution networks, and scientific support services to ensure seamless deployment and compliance with medical standards.
The signing ceremony marks a meaningful shared commitment to modernizing preventive neurology and expanding access to high-precision healthcare solutions across Vietnam.
